This page provides the official account-deletion paths for Try Jesus: The Journey and Bible and Conflict of the Ages, developed by Try Jesus Media.

OPTION 1 · IN THE APP

Delete immediately while signed in

Try Jesus: The Journey

  1. Open the app and follow More → Account → Delete My Account and Data.
  2. Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.

Bible and Conflict of the Ages

  1. Open the app and follow Menu → Account & privacy → Delete My Account and Data.
  2. Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.

The two journeys use separate accounts. Each process deletes only the selected journey's account and its corresponding website data after final confirmation. In Bible and Conflict of the Ages, it also removes all reading progress, Journey Points, and other app data stored on that device. Update to the current app first: older releases used the previous shared account system.

Send an account-deletion request

Email us from your account's email address. Specify “Bible and Conflict,” “Try Jesus: The Journey / ChronBible,” or “both accounts” so we delete only the accounts you intend.

WHAT IS DELETED

Account and associated app data

Bible and Conflict deletion removes its account, profile, synced progress, Journey Points, principles, cross-references, highlights, and discussion activity. Try Jesus: The Journey deletion removes its account, profile, ChronBible progress, Journey Points, Prayer Journal entries, submitted questions, and saved Pastor Kal chat history. Deleting one account does not delete the other.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Limited request correspondence or records that must be retained for security or legal obligations may be kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
